Promote Stodden Park and all parks, recreation, conservation lands, and forestry in the community of Butte, Montana and Silver Bow County.
Create an organization to raise funds and to distribute these funds to the Corporation for the purposes permitted under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code ยง 501(c)(3).
Exercise any and all powers, rights, and privileges which a corporation organized under the Nonprofit Corporation laws of the State of Montana may now have or hereafter have or exercise provided such powers, rights and privileges are strictly charitable or educational in nature.
